Your video, Your way.
At YourWayVideo we make Your video Your way.  Our purpose is to help people create video keepsakes of all sorts of moments in life’s journey.  If we can capture the mood of an event that is important in your life, and give you a video that you’ll want to pull off the shelf and watch for years to come to re-live that moment, then we’ve done my job.

We invite you to explore these pages, particularly the Creative Process, to get a feel for how we approach videography--from the day of the shoot to how we edit the final product.  Also, below  you'll find links to clips of a few videos we've put together over the years, which give a flavor of the kind of work we do.

If you'd like to discuss a project you have in mind don't hesitate to contact Bill Jones at [email protected]

This video gives an overview of how we approach shooting a wedding at YourWayVideo.  As you'll see our approach is to tell the story of your big day, from the time the bridal parties arrive up through the sendoff at the end of the reception.  We give you far more than a "music video"--we give you a feature-length movie.

We take the time to get to know you well before your wedding, so when the time comes to actually shoot your wedding we'll know what is important to you, which will enable us to capture all those moments you'll want to cherish for the rest of your days.
  1. Sue and Tim's Wedding
A highlight clip of Sue and Tim's wedding. The video captures things about their big day that were particularly important to them--the rural nature of their wedding venue in New Windsor, Maryland, and the sand ceremony they performed to unite their two families.
  2. Ebenezer United Methodist Church 125th Anniversary
This video is a portion of a longer movie I produced to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Winfield, Maryland; specifically, this clip speaks to how the Civil War impacted the church. One of the more enjoyable aspects of this project was working with the Church Music Director and organist to select and record certain musical selections (her wistful rendition of "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" is heard in this clip) as well as writing and recording a narrative.
  3. Team Kilimanjaro: Lemosho Route
I created this marketing piece for Team Kilimanjaro, highlighting their Lemosho Route to the top of Africa's highest mountain. During my hike I captured video and still shots to give a sense of the difficulty of the hike, and after returning home I wrote and recorded the narrative.
